Can you travel for a photoshoot?Yes, however extra costs will be passed on and outlined in your booking invoice. Travel is included within 40kms from my home in Wyndham Vale. Rural VIC and Interstate Travel is an option, however will be dependent on my availability and home life commitments.

What can I expect when booking Lizzy Jacobs Photography?Clear, consistent communication. Assistance in prepping before the session/event. Excellent customer service from a kind, professional and fun photographer who has a passion for life and creativity! Professionally edited images supplied via digital online gallery with the images from your session, plus an online slideshow showcasing your images with music that evokes emotion from the session/event. The convenience of ordering your prints, albums and products straight from your online gallery.

What is the process for booking a session?1. Reach out via: contact form above, direct messages on social media, email or phone! Which ever is your jam for communication. 2. A session date and time will be decided at a time that suits us both. 3. I'll then send you an invoice for your session/event, in which, a 50% deposit is required along with a signed booking contract. 4. Any pre planning sessions are booked in, and I supply you with all the information you need ahead of your session or event. It's that easy!

How long will it take to receive the final edited photos?All packages come with a sneak peek of your gallery within the first 48 hours. This is generally 2-3 images of your session or event. Final gallery turn around is 3-4 weeks. If your corporate event requires a quicker turn around time, this can be achieved on a case by case basis, and you will be asked your requirements during the booking process. If any unforeseen circumstances arise and your gallery needs longer to finalise, I will endeavour to communicate this to you as soon as possible.
