Terms and Conditions for Brand Builders Subscription

 

This Agreement is made on the date of electronic acceptance by the member.

By subscribing to the Brand Besties program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to the Brand Builders and Brand Besties programs! We’re thrilled to have you join us. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the requirements and expectations for your membership, including details specific to the Brand Besties photoshoot component.

1. Membership Commitment

• Brand Builders: By joining the Brand Builders program, you commit to a minimum of 6 months. After this period, you can choose to renew or cancel your membership.

• Brand Besties: Your membership also requires a 6-month commitment, after which you can opt to renew or cancel.

• Membership fees for both programs are subject to change upon renewal, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

2. Photoshoot Component (Brand Besties Only)

• Scheduling: As a Brand Besties member, you are entitled to two professional mini photoshoots within your 6-month membership period. The photoshoot dates, times, and locations will be determined by Lizzy Jacobs Photography in alignment with the Brand Builders monthly focus sessions.

• Creative Direction: The photoshoots will be conducted under the creative direction of Lizzy Jacobs Photography. This includes decisions regarding the venue, location, and overall styling of the shoot to ensure it aligns with the monthly themes and branding goals.

• Attendance: Attendance at your scheduled photoshoot is crucial. If you are unable to attend, you must contact Lizzy Jacobs as soon as possible to reschedule.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled photoshoot without prior notice, you may forfeit that shoot. No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed shoots without communication.

  • Rescheduling: If you inform Lizzy Jacobs of your inability to attend, we will work with you to arrange a suitable rescheduling date. Please note that the new date may be up to 3 months later, depending on availability.

3. Payment Terms

• Brand Builders & Brand Besties: Membership fees will be automatically deducted at the start of each month.

• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Lizzy Jacobs Photography is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.

4. Participation and Engagement

• Brand Builders: This program is designed to help you create consistent, high-quality content alongside other women in business. Your active participation is essential to make the most of the collaborative learning and content creation opportunities.

• Brand Besties: As a more immersive program, your involvement in the photoshoot planning, including considering shot ideas, outfits, and booking hair and makeup, is vital for maximising your branding experience.

5. Indemnity

• Lizzy Jacobs Photography will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the photoshoot sessions or any events associated with the Brand Builders or Brand Besties programs.

• By participating in these programs, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lizzy Jacobs Photography and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise during your membership.

6. Privacy

• All personal information collected during your membership will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Brand Builders and Brand Besties programs and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. No Guarantee of Results

• Brand Builders & Brand Besties: Both programs are collaborative and educational spaces designed to support your branding journey. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as the success of your branding efforts depends on your participation, commitment, and the implementation of the strategies discussed during the programs.

8. Changes to Terms

• Lizzy Jacobs Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.

By joining the Brand Builders or Brand Besties program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We’re excited to embark on this creative journey with you!
