Terms and Conditions for Brand Builders Subscription

 

This Agreement is made on the date of electronic acceptance by the member.

 By subscribing to the Brand Builders program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Subscription Commitment and Cancellation

1.1. Minimum Commitment: By subscribing to the Brand Builders program, you agree to a minimum commitment of six (6) months. After this initial period, you may choose to cancel or renew your subscription.

1.2. Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least thirty (30) days before the end of the current subscription period. If notice is not received within this timeframe, you will be billed for the next month.

1.3. Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the initial commitment period unless you provide notice of cancellation. Renewal rates may differ from the initial subscription rate.

1.4. Price Changes: The subscription price is subject to change upon renewal. You will be notified of any price changes before the start of the new subscription period.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Monthly Payments: Monthly subscription fees will be deducted at the start of every month. Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at the time of registration.

2.2. Late Payments: If a payment is not successfully processed, access to the Brand Builders program may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

3. Privacy Statement

3.1. Data Collection: We collect personal information, including but not limited to, your name, email address, and payment details for the purpose of managing your subscription and providing you with access to the Brand Builders program.

3.2. Data Use: Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering your subscription, communicating with you about the program, and improving our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

3.3. Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

4. Indemnity

4.1. Liability: By participating in the Brand Builders program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lizzy Jacobs Photography, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the program.

4.2. No Liability for Results: Lizzy Jacobs Photography is not liable for any specific results or outcomes resulting from your participation in the program. The program is designed to be a collaborative and educational space. Success depends on your engagement, effort, and application of the strategies discussed.

5. No Guarantee of Results

5.1. Program Nature: The Brand Builders program is intended as a collaborative and educational environment to support your brand development and growth. While we provide guidance and resources, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.

5.2. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for actively engaging with the program, applying the knowledge and strategies shared, and doing the work necessary to achieve their individual goals.

6. General Terms

6.1. Program Modifications: Lizzy Jacobs Photography reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Brand Builders program or any of its features at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
